How to prepare spongy American pancakes?

Do you like pancakes? Have you ever tried American pancakes? They are a little thicker and more spongy than the usual. Personally I love them and I will share a very nice recipe for them. You'll definitely know.

Here it is:

Necessary products:

135 g plain flour1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon baking SODA2 tbsp caster sigar130 ml milk1 large or 2 small eggs, slightly beaten2 tablespoons melted butter, plus olive oil for cooking

Preparation:

Step 1: Take two large bowls. Put the baking soda, flour, salt and sugar icing on one of them. Mix milk and egg in the other container, stirring carefully and add melted butter. Account the butter to cool a little before your add to the milk and egg.

Step 2: Mix the milk with the flour mixture one and beat with a fork until dough is smooth. There should be no lumps in the glass, so do everything to beat the mixture well. Leave the mixture for ten minutes to rest a little.

Step 3: Take the paper towel and soak it with olive oil. Put a Nonstick Skillet on the stove and heat over medium heat. Rub the bread with a piece of kitchen paper, taking care not to burn yourself and add a ladle of mass. The batter may seem too thick, but is as it should be. Cook the crepe until the top begins to bubble and turn it over. Bake until golden brown on both sides. Each pancake must be raised to close to 1 cm thick.
